The Covie community is close-knit and proud to be members of
the community although some social problems need to be addressed..
Skills
It is the intention to establish a human resource centre where the details of the community can be captured and evaluated.The skills base of the community does not lie very deep and it would require the help of outsiders to build the skills base of the Covie community.
There are some semi skilled people in Covie and their skills can be enhanced in order for them to pass it on to others.
Social problems
Drug and alcohol dependencies are rife among the community and needs to be addressed if the community wants to develop into a proud self-sufficient society.
